Alternating Diet Principles

The following are the principles that the Alternating Diet employs. Consult with your Dr. prior to starting the Alternating Diet. It is important to find from your Dr. if you are a cholesterol hypo, moderate, or hyper responder. If you are a hyper responder you need to keep saturated fats to 5-7% of your caloric intake. Work with your Dr. to find if you are sensitive to salt.
