Speed/Jump/Plyometric (SJP)

after Weight Training

4 Days/Week - 30 Minutes

-The Athlete Gym Speed/Jump/Plyometric Training program is focused on improving explosiveness

-Make sure your gym has a Sled, Heavy Bag or MMA Bands, If the gym doesn't have this equipment you can find a new gym or purchase an Outdoor sled and MMA Bands per the Home Gym Equipment link below

-If you only have an outdoor sled and weather does not permit your normal routine, utilize the recommended substitutions

-The sled is essential for knee therapy, mobility, speed, and explosive improvement
