Beef Anise Seed Sausage
1 lb. Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef. Avocado oil Butter. 1 Tablespoon of sage. 1/4 teaspoon of salt. 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/8 teaspoon anise seed. Red Pepper Flakes.
In a bowl mix the 1 lb. ground beef with the 1 Tablespoon of sage. 1/4 teaspoon of salt. 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/8 teaspoon anise seed. Make mixture of spices and beef into 1/8 lb. patties. Sprinkle red pepper flakes to your desire on each side of patty and smash in with your hand or spatula. Place patties in cast iron skillet with avocado oil. Brown ea. side on low to moderate heat. On the last 30 seconds of browning the 2nd side add 1/4 slice of butter on top of each patty. Serve after cooling.
Beef
Filet Mignon
2 Organic Grass Filet Mignon Steaks. Olive oil. Steak seasoning. Organic Grass fed butter.
Let the Filets reach room temperature. Season both sides with steak seasoning. Heat oven on bake to 350 F. Place steak in cast iron skillet with the oil for 7 min in the oven. Heat burner on stove to hot. Pull pan from oven after 7 min and flip steaks. Allow steak to cook for 7 more minutes in the oven. Place on hot stove burner for 30 seconds. Flip and cook the steaks for another 30 seconds on hot burner. Pull from burner and set aside. Add 1 slice of butter on the steaks with a top on skillet. Allow the butter to melt and serve when ready.

Bourbon Apple Chix Sausage
Purchase bourbon apple chicken sausages.
Cook the sausages on 4 sides for 3 minutes on medium heat in a non-stick pan.

Blackberry Banana Cottage Cheese
1 Cup Cottage Cheese. 1/2 Cup of Blackberries. 1/2 Banana.

Amish Omelet
2 pasture raised large eggs. 1/8 Tablespoon of organic grass fed butter. Olive oil. 1/2 ounce of blue cheese. 1/2 cup of red onion. 1 Tablespoon of bacon bits. Pinch of Salt. 1/4 teaspoon of Fresh Black Pepper. 1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika.
Cook bacon in a microwave for 45 seconds. Sautee onions, and in olive oil in a nonstick pan for 5 minutes with top on. Mix 2 eggs and butter in a bowl with a fork and place on a nonstick pan with with olive oil with the burner on low. After placing the egg mix on the nonstick pan, add Cheese immediately. Add top. Cook for approximately 3 minutes just until Omelet starts to solidify, but not too hard. Pull off burner, add onion, spices, and bacon bits. Serve

Sautee chopped mushrooms, bacon bits, tomato, and red onion in bacon grease in a nonstick pan for 5 minutes with top on. Mix 2 eggs and 1 slice of butter in a bowl with a fork. Add mix to nonstick pan with Sauteed mushrooms, bacon bits, tomato, and red onion. Add bits of Swiss Cheese immediately. Add top. Cook for approximately 2 minutes just until omelet starts to solidify, but not too hard. Pull off burner to add salt and pepper. Serve

Add bacon grease to a caste iron skillet and 2 slices of bacon on medium heat. Cook bacon and flip to desired crispiness. Sautee green pepper in bacon grease in a nonstick pan for 3 minutes with top on. Add 2 eggs and 1 slice of butter in the nonstick pan with Sauteed peppers. Mix all ingredients in nonstick pan with a siliconized heat resistant spatula. Add top. Cook for approximately 3 minutes just until Scramble starts to solidify, but not too hard. Pull off burner and add 2 crunched up slices of bacon, salt and pepper. Serve

Cook bacon on another burner, both sides to your pleasure (crisp or soft). Sautee peppers, onions, and jalapeno stuffed olives in Olive oil in a nonstick pan for 5 minutes with top on. Mix 2 eggs and 1 slice of butter in a bowl with a fork and place on a nonstick pan with with Olive oil with the burner on low. After placing the egg mix on the nonstick pan, add Cheddar Cheese immediately. Add top. Cook for approximately 3 minutes just until Omelet starts to solidify, but not too hard. Fresh Pepper.
Sautee diced tomatoes and peppers, jalapeno, green pepper, yellow pepper. red onion, and black beans in avocado oil in a caste iron skillet for 5 minutes with top on. Mix 2 eggs and 1 slice of butter in a bowl with a fork. Add egg mix to nonstick pan with top. Cook for 1 minute then add goat cheese, and Colby cheese on the omelet. Turn up the caste iron skillet with peppers and onions to high for 30 seconds to scorch peppers and contents. Cook until omelet starts to solidify, but not too hard. Pull off burner and add diced tomatoes with peppers, peppers, onions, and black beans. Top off with sour cream and guacamole, salt, and pepper. Serve

Place sausage patties in cast iron skillet with butter on the skillet. Brown one side on low to moderate heat for 3 minutes. Flip the sausage patties and add the parmesan cheese on top of each patty. Cover with top. Cook on low to moderate heat for another 3 minutes. Serve after cooling.

Kickin Scrample n Chicken
2 pasture raised large eggs. 1 slice of organic grass fed butter. 1/2 Cup of Bacon Bits. 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese. 1/2 teaspoon of Kickin Chicken spice. 1/4 teaspoon of Fresh Black Pepper. Olive Oil. 1 chicken breast. 1/2 cup of yellow peppers. 1/8 teaspoon of kickin chicken spice. 1/8 teaspoon of fresh black pepper. 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper. 1/2 cup of red onion.
Mix all 1/2 teaspoon of Kicken chicken with 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne in a bowl. Spice both sides of chicken and pat down with a spatula. Cook in cast iron skillet on moderate heat. Cook one side of the chicken with the top on for 4 minutes. Heat another burner to high heat. After cooking one side for about 4 min. place on the hot burner for 30 seconds with the top off. Remove from the hot burner and place back on the moderate burner. Flip the chicken. Start cooking the kicken scramble-see below. Add the yellow peppers and onion. Put the top back on. Cook for approximately 4 min. Remove the top and place on the hot burner for 30 seconds. Garnish the chicken with the cooked peppers and onions. Serve with the Kickin Eggs. When you flipped the chicken start cooking the Kickin scramble. Add olive oil to the nonstick pan. Sautee yellow pepper and onion for 3 minutes with the top on. Add 2 eggs and 1 slice of butter in the nonstick pan with Sauteed peppers. Mix all ingredients in nonstick pan with a siliconized heat resistant spatula. Add top. Cook for approximately 2 minutes on low heat just until Scramble starts to solidify, but not too hard. Pull off burner and add cheese. Allow the cheese to melt Serve with the Kicken Chicken.

2 pasture raised large eggs. 2 strips of bacon. Olive oil. 1/2 cup of red onion. 1 oz. Feta Cheese. 1/4 Cup of Spinach. Salt & Fresh Black Pepper.
In a nonstick pan add olive oil. Heat to low temperature with a top. Add red onion and Sautee for 3 minutes. Aside the red onions, crack eggs and place on the nonstick pan. After 1 minute add chopped feta cheese. with 30 seconds to go add the spinach on top of the eggs. Cover with the top. Cook to desired hardness of egg and take off the burner. Garnish eggs with spinach and red onion. Serve with salt and pepper.

1 lb. Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef. 1 Tablespoon of Butter. 1 Tablespoon of sage. 1/4 teaspoon of salt. 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/2 teaspoon thyme. Red Pepper Flakes. 1 oz. of Blue Cheese
In a bowl mix the 1 lb. ground beef with the 1 Tablespoon of sage. 1/4 teaspoon of salt. 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/8 teaspoon anise seed. Make mixture of spices and beef into 1/8 lb. patties. Sprinkle red pepper flakes to your desire on each side of patty and smash in with your hand or spatula. Place sausage patties in cast iron skillet with butter on the skillet. Brown one side on low to moderate heat for 3 minutes. Flip the sausage patties and add the blue cheese on top of each patty. Cover with top. Cook on low to moderate heat for another 3 minutes. Serve after cooling.

Pork Chop
4 Pork Chops. Olive Oil. . 4 teaspoons. 2 teaspoons Black Pepper. 1/4 teaspoon Salt.
Mix spices in a bowl. Spice both sides of each pork chop and pat down with a spatula. Cook pork chops in cast iron skillet with Olive Oil on moderate heat. Cook one side with the top on for 4 minutes. Heat another burner to high heat. After cooking one side for about 4 min. place on the hot burner for 30 seconds with the top off. Remove from the hot burner and place back on the moderate burner. Flip. Put the top back on. Cook for approximately 4 min. Remove the top and place on the hot burner for 30 seconds. Serve.
