Cheat Foods

Don't gorge on cheat day, but eat sugary foods that you would not normally consume. Alternating Diet and Fitness recommends throwing the body off on cheat day to prevent stagnation, keep the fat burning hormones operating, and allow a day for us to interact socially.  If you have a cheat day that is off the ADF schedule, implement a fast the next morning until lunch to reduce your weekly caloric intake.
