Green Drinks

Green Drinks contain phytonutrients, polyphenols, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and fiber.  Add 2 tablespoons of Plain Greek Yogurt to make a Green Smoothie. Follow the Alternating Diet Plan and have a green drink per the program directions. Alternating Diet and Fitness does not recommend more than 1 green drink per day and some days per the program, no green drink.
