Foods to Avoid

Alternating Diet and Fitness recommends consuming whole foods and avoiding ultra processed foods. Fermented dairy like sour cream, cottage cheese, cheese, plain greek yogurt are processed, but these are fermented and don't fall into the ultra processed category. Alternating Diet and Fitness has provided two lists. The first list is to avoid even on cheat day The 2nd list is a list to avoid except for cheat day.
