Fruits

Fruits provide energy, phytonutrients, polyphenols, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Eat a variety of fruits and follow the Alternating Diet and Fitness plan. Carnivore and Vegan zealots are now promoting not eating fruit because it contains fructose. Everything, including water, has a dosage that can be harmful. The Alternating Diet and Fitness recommendation is to stay below 50 grams of fructose per day from fruit. If you eat a variety of fruits and follow the plan you don't need to be concerned about your fructose intake or track fructose consumption. If you get a sugar craving Alternating Diet and Fitness would rather you have a piece of fruit to quell that craving rather than candy.
