The recommended equipment will add up to approximately $890 to $970.00.  You can get an excellent workout with the Alternating Fitness Home Gym Programs. The investment is a great value and will pay for itself in 24 months when compared to an average gym membership of $40.00/month plus travel time and travel costs.

1 Adjustable Nordic Bench

Specifications: The bench must be able to incline, flat, and decline.

An Added feature is the Nordic Curl attachment or attachment that allows one to do Nordic Curls

2 Adjustable Dumbbells

Specifications: The minimum width of the dumbbell needs to be at least 5 inches for the monkey foot.

Maximum handle diameter is 1.45 inches

2x6x2 ft Wood Board

Specifications: The board will be 2 inches thick by 6 inches wide x 2 ft. in length.
