3 Days/Week - 15 Minutes

- The Low Impact Gym Cardio training program is focused on reducing fat and heart conditioning

-Make sure your gym has a sled, Heavy Bag or MMA Bands 

-If the gym doesn't have this equipment, purchase an outdoor sled and MMA Bands per the Home Gym Equipment link below

-If you only have an outdoor sled and weather does not permit your normal routine, utilize the recommended substitutions

-The sled is essential for knee therapy, mobility, and longevity
