Pre-Workout for Weigh In Preparation

Consume the pre-workout approximately 45 minutes to 3 hours prior to a workout. Since this phase is for weigh in preparation the pre-workout is limited to coffee only. It is effective, natural, healthy, and low cost. The caffeine in coffee provides a stimulant for your workouts, defecation, and is a diuretic. Follow the Pre-Workout plan below based on your goal of Weigh In Preparation.

Coffee

2 Cups of coffee contains about 200 mg of caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant that can boost your workouts. Caffeine and other compounds in coffee promote defecation (pooping).  Stimulation and defecation will prepare you for an improved fitness session.  Coffee contains antioxidants, diterpenes, and polyphenols.  These compounds protect cells, are antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and the prebiotics are good for gut health. Coffee also acts as a diuretic and that provides extra benefit to eliminate water weight during the Weigh in Preparation.
