Cacio Pepe Pasta

2 cups of Pasta shells. 1 cup of shredded Romano cheese. 1 cup of shredded Parmesan. 1 Tablespoon of Organic grass fed butter. 1 teaspoon of black pepper. 1 teaspoon of sea salt. 2 tablespoons of Olive oil.

Cacio Pepe Pasta

Bring approx. 3 qts. water to a boil in a pot. Season with salt; add pasta and cook, stirring until tender. Drain. During the boiling process melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a cast iron skillet over low heat with pepper. Add pasta with olive oil to the skillet after draining. and add cheese, stirring until melted. serve.

2 large Russet Potatoes. Organic Grass fed butter. Bacon bits. Sour cream. Cheddar Cheese. Redmond Salt & Pepper.

Clean and remove any eyes from potatoes. Puncture potatoes with holes with fork. Place 2 potatoes in microwave safe bowls with 1/2 cup of water for 9 minutes, until soft. Heat oven to 400 F. Remove potatoes from microwave, cut a small slice in the middle and add 1 slice if butter to ea. Potato. Place ea. Potato in aluminum foil and Place in oven for 10 min. Place bacon bits in microwave in a plate for 45 seconds, until crisp. Pull the potatoes from the oven. Add sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, and bacon bits. Serve with salt and pepper.

Cook on medium heat on all sides of the potatoes. When the potatoes get soft turn the heat to low, add butter. After butter melts, add salt and pepper. Serve.
