Fried Potatoes

2 medium white potatoes. 1 Tablespoon of butter. 1 Tablespoon of olive oil. Salt and Black pepper.

Fried Potatoes

Clean and remove any eyes from potatoes. Place 2 potatoes in microwave safe bowls with 1/2 cup of water for 9 minutes, until soft. Remove, slice, place in a cast iron skillet with olive oil. Cook on medium heat on all sides of the potatoes. When the potatoes get soft turn the heat to low, add butter. After butter melts, add salt and pepper. Serve.

Clean and remove any eyes from potatoes. Place 2 potatoes in microwave safe bowls with 1/2 cup of water for 9 minutes, until soft. Heat oven to 400 F. Cacio Pepe Pasta

2 cups of Pasta shells. 1 cup of shredded Romano cheese. 1 cup of shredded Parmesan. 1 Tablespoon of Organic grass fed butter. 1 teaspoon of black pepper. 1 teaspoon of sea salt. 2 tablespoons of Olive oil.

Cacio Pepe Pasta

Bring approx. 3 qts. water to a boil in a pot. Season with salt; add pasta and cook, stirring until tender. Drain. During the boiling process melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a cast iron skillet over low heat with pepper. Add pasta with olive oil to the skillet after draining. and add cheese, stirring until melted. serve.

Place bacon bits in microwave in a plate for 45 seconds, until crisp. Pull the potatoes from the oven. Add sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, and bacon bits. Serve with salt and pepper.
