Parmesan Asparagus
2 servings or 4 cups of Frozen Asparagus, 1 slice of Organic Grass Fed Butter, 1 cup of shredded Parmesan Cheese, Salt, and Pepper
Set the oven to broil on hi. Take frozen asparagus and place in microwave safe bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of filtered water to the bowl. Cook for 4 minutes in the microwave. Remove and place in a cast iron skillet. Add butter, shredded parmesan cheese. Place the asparagus in the oven that is set on broil. Broil for approximately 3 minutes or until vegetables and cheese have a slight scorch. Remove, add salt and pepper. Serve.
Broccoli
Scorched Broccoli Cauliflower
2 servings or 4 cups of Frozen Broccoli/Cauliflower mix, olive oil. 1 slicesof Organic Grass Fed Butter. Salt, and Pepper
Take frozen broccoli/cauliflower and place in microwave safe bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of filtered water to the bowl. Cook for 5 minutes in the microwave. Remove and place in a cast iron skillet with Olive Oil. Place the burner on medium high for approximately 2 minutes or until vegetables have a slight scorch. Remove from the burner, add butter, salt and pepper.
Brussel Sprouts
Cayenne Brussel Sprouts
2 servings or 12 oz. Frozen Brussel Sprouts, Olive Oil. 1 slice of Organic Grass Fed Butter, 1/8 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Pepper.
Take frozen Brussel sprouts and place in microwave safe bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of filtered water to the bowl. Cook for 4 minutes in the microwave. Remove and place the Brussel sprouts in a cast iron skillet with olive oil. Cook on high temperature 1-2 minutes to get a scorch. Remove Brussel sprouts and add butter, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Serve.

2 servings or 12 oz. Frozen Brussel Sprouts, Organic Grass Fed Butter, 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese, Salt, and Pepper
Take frozen Brussel sprouts and place in microwave safe bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of filtered water to the bowl. Cook for 4 minutes in the microwave. Remove and place the Brussel sprouts in the a cast iron. Place the pan in the oven on broil for 3 minutes. Remove Brussel sprouts and add the butter and shredded parmesan cheese on top of the sprouts. Insert the pan back in the oven on broil for 2 minutes. Place the Brussel Sprouts on a plate, add salt, and pepper. Serve.

Take frozen Brussel sprouts and place in microwave safe bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of filtered water to the bowl. Cook for 4 minutes in the microwave. Place the sprouts in a cast iron skillet and Broil in the oven for 3 minutes. Mix spices in a bowl. Remove Brussel sprouts and place on a plate, add butter, add spices. Serve.

Blackened Cauliflower
2 servings or 4 cups of Frozen Cauliflower, Organic Grass Fed Butter, 1 cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 Tablespoon of bacon bits. 1 teaspoon of Blackened seasoning, Salt, and Pepper
Set the oven to broil on hi. Take frozen cauliflower, bacon, and place in microwave safe bowl. Add butter to the bowl. Cook for 5 minutes in the microwave. Remove and place in a cast iron skillet. Add shredded cheddar cheese. Place the cauliflower in the oven that is set on broil. Broil for approximately 3 minutes or until vegetables and cheese have a slight scorch. Add spices. Remove and serve.

6 servings: 1 large head cauliflower stem trimmed and cut.

Set oven to 425°. Arrange olive oil covered cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Season basil, salt, and pepper. Bake and flip once, cook for approx. 15 min. then add marina, grated mozzarella & grated parmesan. Let bake for 5 min. Allow to cool and serve.

Collards with Peppers
2 Servings or 4 Cups of Frozen Collard Greens. 1/2 Cup of Red Peppers. 1/2 . 1/2 Cup of Red Onion. 1 Tablespoon of Bacon Bits. Salt. Fresh Pepper. Olive Oil. 2 Slices of Butter.
In a cast iron skillet, Sautee the peppers, onions, and bacon bits for 3 minutes in avocado oil with the top on over moderate heat. Turn the burner up to high for 30 seconds with the top off. Microwave the Collard Greens for 3 minutes. Add the Collard Greens to the sauteed peppers, onions, and bacon bits with 2 slices of butter. Cook for about 1 minute and mix thoroughly. Add Salt & Pepper. Serve

2 Servings or 4 Cups of Frozen Collard Greens. 1/2 Cup of Red Onion. 1 slice of ham. Salt. Fresh Pepper. Olive Oil. 2 Slices of Butter.
In a cast iron skillet, Sautee onions, and ham for 3 minutes in olive oil with the top on over moderate heat. Turn the burner up to high for 30 seconds with the top off. Microwave the Collard Greens for 3 minutes. Add the Collard Greens to the sauteed onions and ham. Cook for about 1 minute and mix thoroughly. Add Salt & Pepper. Serve

Bacon & Onion Green Beans
2 servings or 4 cups of Fresh green beans, 1/2 teaspoon of bacon grease, 1 cup of red onion,1 Tablespoon of bacon bits, salt, fresh pepper, and organic grass fed butter
Rinse and snap the ends of the green beans, Sautee the green beans with bacon grease a nonstick pan with a top. After 10 minutes add bacon bits and chopped red onion. Continue tossing beans, bacon bits, and red onion for another 10 minutes. Remove top and put the burner on high. Cook for 1 minute to get a slight scorch on the beans and red onion. Take off the burner and add butter, salt, and pepper to serve.

Kale with Peppers
2 Servings or 4 Cups of Frozen Kale. 1/2 Cup of Orange Peppers. 1/2 Cup of Yellow Peppers. 1/2 Cup of Red Onion. 1 Tablespoon of Bacon Bits. 1 slices of Organic Grass Fed Butter. Olive Oil. Salt. Pepper.

2 servings. 1 bag of purchased cabbage salad approximately 4 Cups that includes green leaf lettuce. green cabbage. kale. carrots. red cabbage. green onions. 1/4 Cucumber and 1 stick of celery. 1/2 Cup of Garlic stuffed olives. 1/4 cup Olive Oil, 1/4 Cup of Balsamic Vinaigrette. 1 pinch of Cajun seasoning. Salt. Fresh cracked black pepper.
Cut up and add cucumber and celery. Mix all with the bag of cabbage salad. Add 1 cup of olive oil and 1 cup of balsamic vinaigrette to the salad. Mix, add Cajun seasoning., cracked black pepper, salt, and serve.

2 cups of broccoli crunch salad. 1 stalk of celery. 1/2 cup of pimento stuffed olives. 1/2 ounce of shredded parmesan. 1/4 cup of bacon bits. 1/4 teaspoon Italian spice. 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne. 1/4 cucumber. balsamic vinaigrette.
Put the bacon bits on a plate and microwave for 45 seconds to make crisp. Cut up and add cucumber and celery. Mix all with the broccoli crunch salad. Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and 1/4 cup of balsamic vinaigrette to the salad. Add Parmesan. Add Italian Spice and Cayenne. Mix. Serve.

2 servings. 1 bag of purchased cabbage salad approximately 4 Cups that includes green leaf lettuce. green cabbage. kale. carrots. red cabbage. green onions. 2 cups of Kale. 1 cup of bacon bits. 1/2 Cucumber and 2 sticks of celery. 1/4 cup Olive Oil, 1/4 Cup of Balsamic Vinaigrette. 1 oz, if pepper jack cheese 1 pinch of Salt. 1 teaspoon of Fresh cracked black pepper.
Put the bacon bits on a plate and microwave for 45 seconds to make crisp. Cut up and add cucumber and celery. Add Kale, salt, pepper, and mix all with the salad. Add olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette to the salad. Add cheese. Mix and serve.

Put the bacon bits in the microwave for 30 minutes to make crispy. Cut up and add the avocado, cucumber and celery to the cabbage salad mix. Blend the bag of cabbage salad, with bacon bits, avocado oil and balsamic vinaigrette to the salad. Separate into 4 bowls, add cracked black pepper, salt, and serve.

2 cups of Normandy blend frozen vegetables. 1 slice of organic grass fed butter. 2 Tablespoons of marinara sauce. Italian blend spice.
