I’ve tried a few different programs, but most of them just give you one set of macros and tell you to lift heavy year-round. I started the ADF Athlete System because I needed something that actually changed when my season ended. The protocols for plyometrics and the ice/sauna recovery methods have been a game changer for my joints. It’s a lot of info to take in at first, but gain at end.

We have not just identified those categories, but have provided recipes to give you direct practical application and inspiration for recipes in that category. Do not work out to hard during the first 3 weeks. You can jump right into the diet routines immediately whether you are a beginner or seasoned veteran.

The ADF Diet Academy not only reviews over 50 subjects, but identifies their application in the ADF Diet & Fitness System. It is our estimate you can absorb the information of over 50 subjects in about 6 hours though everyone is different. You will have access to go back and review any subjects.
